Dr. Conrad Murray, Michael Jackson’s physician, found the singer unconscious, but with a slight pulse, and tried to resuscitate him before the paramedics arrived, the doctor’s lawyer told CNN.
Michael Jackson’s father, Joe Jackson, has expressed concern about the moments leading up to his super-star son’s death.
Jackson believes his son’s physician may have some explaining to do.
“I have a lot of concerns,” Jackson said before the BET Awards on Sunday, “I can’t get into that, but I don’t like what happened.”
The family is reportedly seeking a second autopsy. Jesse Jackson, Michael’s sibling, explained the family needed “an independent autopsy to get even more answers to questions that are now being driven by the gap between when Michael was last seen alive and was pronounced dead.”
