France recalls black box claim

The French government reversed its statement it located a black box belonging to the Yemenia plane that crashed on Tuesday, reports the BBC.

Meanwhile, 13-year-old Bahia Bakari, the only known survivor of a Yemenia plane crash, has returned home to Franch, having escaped with only minor injuries.

Bahia is not a good swimmer, her father Kassim Bakari explained in an interview with French radio station RTL. She managed to stay afloat by clinging to debris from the plane crash he said.

The A310 plane crashed off the Comoros on Tuesday; the remaining 152 passengers are feared dead.
