The UAE and Dubai in particular will remain as a safe haven for local and international investors because it is “fortified by full proof economic laws and regulations,” the UAE’s official news agency WAM quotes Dubai’s crown prince, Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum as saying.
