Companies across the region have started releasing their third quarter results for the year. Here are some of the firms whose profits in 2009 exceeded those in 2008.
Etisalat
UAE-based telecom operator Etisalat posted net profits of AED2.25 billion for the third quarter of the year, a 5 percent increase compared to the same period last year.
