Hard Rock International has confirmed its hotels in Dubai and Abu Dhabi will be delayed by one and two years respectively, and are expected to open in 2013, reports Arabian Business.
The hotel in Dubai was scheduled for completion in 2011, while the Abu Dhabi branch was due to open in 2012.
A spokesperson for Hard Rock International did not disclose the reasons behind the delays.
The five-star, 91-floor hotel in Dubai will be located on Sheikh Zayed Road and will feature 350 rooms and 100 serviced apartments, while the hotel in Abu Dhabi will be located in Mina Zayed.
