The Euro region is not facing any default problems in relation to the ‘debt’ standstill announced in Dubai last week, the Luxembourg Prime Minister Jean-Claude Juncker said on Sunday. “I don’t see any default problem in the euro area,” he told journalists in China.
Financial markets in countries across the world were affected by Dubai’s debt problem, with stocks in the US and India falling sharply in the last few days.
