The volume of non-oil trade in the UAE is expected to increase by 10 percent this year compared to 2008’s trade volumes of AED789 billion, reports Zawya Dow Jones, quoting a statement from the Ministry of Foreign Trade.
Non-oil trade in the country reached AED310 billion during the first half of the year, the statement said, adding that the second half of the year has seen “huge activity in foreign trade, especially in re-exports.”
