Sheikh Mohammed issues decree to set up HR department

Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid al-Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, issued a decree establishing the Dubai Human Resources Department, reports the UAE’s official news agency, WAM.

The department, part of the Ruler’s Court, will consolidate the government’s human resource departments, and help implement the Dubai Strategic Plan.

Sheikh Mohammed appointed Amel Mohammed bin Udai as the director-general of the department.
