The UAE’s Federal Authority of Electricity and Water (Fewa), has signed two contracts worth AED304 million ($83 million) with the Al Jaber Transport & Contracting Company to establish electricity distribution stations in the Northern Emirates, reports official news agency WAM. According to the deal, Al Jaber will see to the design, supply, installation and delivery of the power stations in Ras Al Khaimah, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain and Fujairah.
The deal will also look into the expansion of existing power stations across Northern Emirates.
