Sharmaine Ruffa Rama Gutierrez, rose to fame when she was crowned Binibining Pilipinas World 1993 and the second runner-up to Miss World 1993. Since then, Ruffa has made over 50 films in the Philippines, but turned to business, when in 2005, she officially became owner and president of Intel Media International Advertising Company, Inc, which represented Fashion TV Turkey at one time. Two years later, she launched her line of colognes, perfume and lip plumper call Ruffa’s Perfect Pout.
