It’s true: Government handing out cash
Can you imagine being a citizen of a country that gives you cash and free food? No, it’s not a joke.

Kuwait is giving every citizen $3,500 as well as free food rations for thirteen months, starting next month.
Don’t be too surprised, though; Kuwait is exceedingly “well oiled”, sitting on around 9 percent of the world’s oil reserves. So, the small Gulf country can surely afford such move – which many other countries in the Middle East could only dream of.
However, questions are now being asked: is it a kind gift? or a bribe to win government support? The BBC reports.
