Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan was present during the ceremony at which it was announced that Abu Dhabi had secured the rights to host a Formula 1 Grand Prix. And so too was Bernie Eccelstone, Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Khaldoon Al Mubarak- but we’ve chosen only to focus on Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan this time.

Al Nahyan is also the head of the Mubadala Development Company, and he is also the head of the UAE Offsets Program Bureau and the Abu Dhabi Education Council.
