Bahia Hariri, sister of slain Lebanese prime minister Rafik Hariri, is an MP in the Lebanese parliament and serves on the board of directors of the Hariri Foundation. The Hariri Foundation is a non-profit organization.
In February 1997, the Hariri Foundation partnered with the British Organization of Heritage headed by Prince Charles to help preserve historical buildings and sites throughout Lebanon. The prince and Hariri have met on a number of occasions since the late 1990s.
