Reckless drivers performing dangerous stunts is a far too common occurrence on roadways in Dubai, as this video testifies. For residents living in a city that already boasts a terrible death rate on the roads, stunts like this represent both a threat to public safety and to quality of life. The dangerous drivers are invariably young men.
