When was the last time you went to the Dubai Zoo? Kipp’s refused to go back after our depressing visit to the over-crowded pokey zoo. And forget going there for the summer. You’ll just want to take the poor animals home yourself. Al Jazeera’s been there recently and this is its report on the trend of the zoo rehabilitating smuggled animals. Guess that makes it not half bad, still pretty depressing
