Work is continuing as normal at Libya’s Ras Lanuf oil export terminal, but many managers are absent, an employee at the complex told Reuters by telephone on Thursday.
“We are working in three shifts. The work is continuing, but about 50 percent of the managers are not there,” said the employee, who did not want to be identified.
