The UAE government offers anger management courses to ID card staff
November 26, 2008 4:04 by kippreport
The National reported on Wednesday that ID card staff are being offered anger management courses to cope with the rush and wrath of frustrated applicants.
Does anyone have any stories of staff ‘losing it’? We haven’t heard any, but we suspect there must be a fair number of incidents for the government to offer anger management courses.
And besides, if the government is keen on ‘keeping the peace’, how about extending the deadline? No? Well then, how about offering applicants anger management courses…they’ll need it after waiting 12 hours at the office.
