Biggest, tallest, widest…
Yet another example of Dubai’s fixation with superlatives.

Yes, we have already written about Dubai’s obsession with superlatives, but it never ceases to amaze us when the emirate comes out with yet another one. This time it’s the “world’s biggest underground metro station in terms of covered area,” reports Gulf News.
Has using a superlative become a criteria for every project launched by the city? Burj Dubai has no doubt captured the world’s attention for being the tallest structure in the world. But what about the rest? Does anyone know, or even care about achievements like the world’s largest LED screen?
