Public art displays…the UAE could use more of those.

We’re huge art fans at Kipp, and when we hear there’s a public art display in the UAE, we’re always glad to report on it…even if it’s called ‘Tolerance’.
Created by French artist Guy Ferrer, is a ‘gift’ to the people of Abu Dhabi. The display is located outside the Diwan of General Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces.
Keep the ‘gifts’ coming.

I appreciate that Abu Dhabi is in itself becoming a hub for educational and art affairs. They’ve got contracts with the likes of The Louvre Museum in Paris and other museums across the world to actually open branches at Abu Dhabi (I remember this when we went to a convention held at Emirates Palace, Abu Dhabi, which indicated the projects Abu Dhabi is currently undertaking). I hope to see Dubai pay more attention to art and educational affairs as well..
