It was bad enough that 2009 wiped out our savings, dragged our property values through the mud and encouraged our bosses to fire employees (and overwork the rest of us), but taking away our holidays is too much. With every major holiday falling on a Friday this year, we’re convinced the universe is playing a cruel joke. It’s not funny.
However, we’ve been hearing rumors that some companies may be giving their employees Thursday off to celebrate Christmas Eve. Is your company one of them?
