According to reports in Saudi Arabia, a troop of monkeys has gone on a wild drinking bender in the village of Tanuma.
Their mysterious behavior caught the attention of local police, who proceeded to investigate the apparent ape intoxication. Officers found that the monkeys had uncovered a stash of liquor, probably hidden by smugglers.
Drunken monkeys dancing and chattering would definitely make you laugh or gape, or both. But the same inebriated animals leading the police to a smuggler stash? That’s surely a Hollywood movie in the making. What do you say?
