Fisker Karma caught The Bieber Fever
Looks like Beiber just put the cool in electric cars in the eyes of his young likely non-driving fanbase. And it’s all because of this 18th birthday surprise gift.

There are very few moments in our life that we consider as remarkable milestones, events that have forever shaped the rest of our days on this earth.
And for the Fisker Karma, that day was March 1—the day it was gifted to the Youtube sensation-turned-teeny bopper icon Justin Bieber.
HOW DID ALL THIS BUZZ GET STARTED?
It was The Biebs’ 18th birthday and part of his no less than start-studded affair is a guest spot on The Ellen Show, where Bieber’s manager Scooter Braun (yes, his name is Scooter and he’s a bajillionaire manager thanks to the Beibs fame) surprised him with the $100,000 electric car.
Apparently, the Finnish-made car was a kind of reward for The Biebs, who has done a marvelous job attending to fans, particularly those who are often sickly, impoverished or bubbly toddlers.
An electric car? For a cool dude like The Biebs? YES. Have you seen the Fisker Karma? It looks like the extremely bad-ass offspring of a Maserati and a BMW. And it’s even cooler because its car manufacturer reports that everything about the car—down to its interiors—are all eco-friendly.
If you watch the video below (click the image to view the video), you’ll see genuine delight in Bieber’s face when he saw his new wheels.
So the millionaire son of Youtube gets a fancy car. So what, you may ask. Well the ‘so what’ here is that you have most likely never heard of the Fisker Karma before this event and now you know all kinds of cool things about it.
Okay so at the cost of $116,000 for the top model, you may not necessarily exchange your current ride for the Fisker Karma but the branding and marketing fees the company saved alone to get their brand out there just by this one celebrity being publicly gifted the car are unimaginable. This is a brand’s ultimate dream, to say the least—a squeaky clean young celebrity with a following that aspire to know own a Fisker Karma in the future.
In the words of Justin Bieber, “Baby, Baby, Baby, Ooooh”
