Good News

That’s the name of a magazine we found today. It made us smile.
June 16, 2009 1:55 by Aarti Nagraj
One of our colleagues found an issue of Good News, a monthly magazine that came out with its first issue in June this year. On the website of the 32 Group, the magazine’s publisher, we found this extract [as it is, with the spelling mistake]:
The magazine is a “pioneering attempt at positive and mature journalism. A Conscious effort, to ensure that when you read the articles contained in our magazine, you will feel positive. We are convineed and committed not to just rack up readership numbers, but also increase the numbers of smiles in daily life.”
And the magazine did make us smile. And also catch our stomachs and laugh. Here are a few of its headlines-
“The recession may end this year, evidence points by July”
“Dogs’ bark translated in human language”
“Your breath could be recycled into fuel”
And our favorite-”Find out the Secret behind Mona Lisa’s Smile”
Can you come up with better news?
