Has Dubai charmed celebrities?

Looks like Dubai may become the new hub for celebrities.

According to E! News, the newly-wed Fergie and Josh Duhamel are starting their honeymoon in Dubai, before going away to an unknown island destination.

Gossip is also going around that Geri Halliwell and her boyfriend Nick House, who owns two nightclubs in London are planning to open a new nightclub in Dubai.

Last week, reports suggested that Lindsay Lohan and her partner DJ Sam Ronson were house hunting on the Palm island in Dubai.

Recently with the opening of a mega city of the Dubai Palms where many of Hollywood most well know celebrities made an appearance Dubai has gained in popularity as well as attained the fancy of former Spice Girls member Geri Halliwell.

Geri Halliwell is reportedly planning to open a new nightclub in the desert city with the help of Nick House, a dating nightclub entrepreneur she is rumored to be currently dating.

I do not know whether at all the two are an item and how long will this business cum pleasure relationship last but from a purely business perspective Dubai makes very little sense to me. The real estate boom is gone and the ripples have shattered Dubai as well and then the city is very close to the terrorism capitals of the world.

SO now we know that Dubai has charmed celebrities for sure .
