Employees in a boiler factory in France stripped to save their jobs.

Thirteen male workers at a boiler factory in France stripped off for a nude calendar to try and save 204 jobs, which were being cut because of the financial crisis, reports Reuters. Employees from the Chaffoteaux et Maury factory will use the money they get from stripping to fly to Italy, where they plan to stage a protest at their parent company, the Ariston Thermo Group.
“Our aim is to show there are workers here who will do anything to save their jobs, even take their clothes off,” said Brigitte Coadic, representative of the union. “We don’t want to destroy anything,” she said. “We want to show what we can do, tell the management that, if they keep us, we can turn all this media attention into something positive.”
In a way, the financial crisis seems to have made people more creative. With jobs at stake, people are ready to go to extremes to try and keep them.
What is the craziest, wildest thing you would do to keep your job?
