Here’s a great tidbit we came across that will definitely make your day.

A man accused of driving while under the influence of alcohol in Pennsylvania said in court that the state has no jurisdiction over him because he is his own country, reports The Associated Press. “I live inside myself, not in Pennsylvania,” said 44-year-old Scott Allan, who represented himself in court.

That was one of the most amazing arguments we have ever heard. Unfortunately, the judges were not as impressed as Kipp; a judge reportedly said that Allan cannot be released from jail until he gets a mental exam.
