Star-studded line-up announced for GP. Are you attending?

Kanye West, Prince, Linkin Park… What do you think of the entertainment scheduled for the upcoming racing extravaganza?

The lineup for this year’s Grand Prix is out, and boy, have they assembled another all star bill.
For the second year, organizers have concocted an interesting jumble of genres – a mix of hip hop, alternative metal and some good-ole’ old school eighties pop. The star acts for the Grand Prix ticket holders will be Linkin Park, Kanye West and Prince. Meanwhile as part of the wider Yasalam program of entertainment during the Grand Prix, the public will be treated to free performances by Sean Paul, Nancy Ajram, Sophie Ellis-Bextor and Kelis, all between November 10 to 14.
Kipp is impressed at the line-up, but once again frustrated that if you don’t have a Grand Prix ticket, you don’t get to go to see the big names.
Do you have a GP ticket? How does the bill compare to the last year’s assortment of Beyonce, Kings of Leon, Jamiroquai and Aerosmith? Who should they have got instead?
