What does the centre of the galaxy taste like?

According to a recent discover by scientists, the Milky Way tastes of raspberries.

Astronomers researching a giant dust cloud at the heart of our galaxy, the Milky Way, have concluded that it tastes vaguely of raspberries, reports The Guardian. While sifting through thousands of signals from dust cloud Sagittarius B2, scientists found a substance called ethyl formate, the chemical responsible for the flavor of raspberries.
“It does happen to give raspberries their flavor, but there are many other molecules that are needed to make space raspberries,” Arnaud Belloche, an astronomer at the Max Planck Institute for Radio Astronomy, told the paper.
Interestingly, ethyl formate also smells of rum.
So if you want to know what it feels like to be at the centre of the entire galaxy, it’s a bit like a raspberry mojito.
