The 33-year-old English actress is currently making headlines for baring all in her role as Holly Golightly in the play Breakfast At Tiffany’s in London. Most famous for her role in the British soap opera Brookside, she went on to act in high-profile movies such as The Tribe, The Stringer, Rogue Trader, A Midsummer Nights Dream, The War Bride, Perfect Strangers, and Land of The Lost.
Friel now lives in Los Angeles with her partner David Thewlis – who has acted in the Harry Potter series – and their four-year-old daughter Gracie.
