Dubai’s government-backed media group claims to be the largest in UAE, and has just launched a new 24- hour channel to its existing portfolio.

Arabian Radio Network (ARN) was started by AMG’s CEO, Abdullatif Al Sayegh in March 2001.
The network operates nine radio stations including Virgin Radio Dubai 104.4, Dubai Eye 103.8 and Dubai 92, (English) Pulse 95.3 and City 1016, (Hindi) Hit 96.7 (Malayalam), Noor Dubai 93.9, Al Khaleejiya 100.9 and Al Arabiya 99(Arabic).
Virgin Radio Dubai, which was launched in March this year, is a collaboration between Virgin and AMG, with Virgin providing input into programming, marketing and promotions.
Virgin Radio, a branch of Virgin Group, started in the UK in the 1993 and later expanded into Asia with stations in Bangkok, Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore.
