As most developers in the UAE, Dubai Properties has presented Business Bay as a ‘prestigious’ district for up market businessmen and women. However, projects such as the Dancing Towers – designed by renowned architect Zaha Hadid – has projected Business Bay’s image as more than an average business district, but rather one that promotes creativity. Another project in the district that combines business and creativity is Business Square, a 2.4 million square foot area being developed by Dubai Properties in Business Bay. According to the description on the developer’s website “passers-by [will] find inspiration while strolling along the canals and sidewalks.”
