Even with the rollercoaster ride Kuwait Airways has gone through it’s not excuse for its lack of innovation especially with the amount of competition that has popped up in the last decade. The Middle East has welcomed a number of regionally and globally competitive carriers in that time, including low cost carriers like Air Arabia and FlyDubai down to the global airlines like Etihad, Qatar Airways and Emirates.
