Mohan Nambiar started at the bottom of the advertising ladder when he was 19. His brother got him a job typing up media schedules and presentations part-time. That was 1988.Aside from this Nambiar is a cautious man. “I take my own time to decide, and I don’t jump to conclusions” he says. He doesn’t chase short-term gain. “I only see the long-term plan. I will always see the negative side of it before I jump in; I will study that first.
