Divorce in the UAE

The divorce rate in the UAE has increased dramatically in the last few years, and is costing the government lots of money.

As for child custody, the UAE grants divorced women the custody of female children until they reach the age of maturity or marry. Women are given the custody of male children until they reach the age of 13.
If the mother is “deemed unfit,” custody of the children is reverted to the next “able female relative” on the mother’s side. If a woman remarries, she has the choice to “forfeit her right” to the custody of the children from the previous marriage.

Hello. This can be kind of an “unconventional” question , but have some other visitors asked you how have the menu bar to look such as you’ve gotten it? I also have a blog and am really planning to modify around the theme, however I’m frightened to death to wreck havoc on it for concern of the search engines punishing me. I’m extremely a new comer to all of this …so i am simply not optimistic just how to try to to it all yet. I’ll just keep working on it one day at a time Thanks for any help you can offer here
