In a recent interview with French television channel France 24, Dominique Strauss-Kahn, managing director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), said that the world’s economy would fall as it enters “a great recession.”
“This recession can last a long time,” said Strauss-Kahn. Adding, “Unless the policies we’re expecting are put in place, in which case 2010 can be a year of return to growth.”
