Crescent Bay, Karachi
Crescent Bay in Karachi is one of three projects Emaar is working on in Pakistan, all worth a combined investment of $2.4 billion. A 75-acre development build on land reclaimed from the Indian Ocean, Crescent Bay includes residential and commercial components, including a shopping center and five-star hotel. Emaar has had to work closely with Pakistan’s military on the project as the military owns the best beachfront property in the city, according to the site Rupeenews.com.
