GCC unemployment—Something’s gotta give

This generation of youth sees worsening GCC unemployment rates and Precious de Leon thinks it may just have to get really bad before it gets better for all parties involved.

…some incentives in the public sector or creating a culture of job fulfillment and ‘climbing up the corporate ladder’ is something that’s up to the powers that be, of course.
Make no mistake, Kipp acknowledges that there are a number of Emiratis that have become successfully integrated into the private sector but this must stop becoming the exception and start becoming the rule.
Will it come soon enough? Will there ever be enough desire to act, genuinely? Actions speak louder than words, we say.
The numbers are telling. And we hope someone is listening.
