#1: Amna BinHendi

Mohi-Din BinHendi’s daughter doesn’t have time for fun and games. She’s recognized as being one of the most accomplished, shrewd young minds in the country. As CEO of BinHendi Enterprises LLC, she has a lot on her plate. But she handle it: she’s young (28 years old), feisty and driven, which is exactly what BinHendi needed when she joined the company in 2002.

During an interview with Arabian Business in February 2008, she explained how she felt about her role: “It’s like taking care of your own baby instead of a nanny taking care of it,” she explained. “You have to be hands-on, especially if it’s yours – and if I’m not there then I don’t think people will care as much as I care.”

She may have some explaining to do about the possible fall of one of her babies…
