In Pictures: 10 Biggest Celebrity Prenups

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes
Tom Cruise's prenup with the now ex-wife Katie Holmes, before their marriage doomed, was not at all modest. According to the agreement, Katie receives a whopping $3 million for each year of marriage. A Sunset Provision will nullify the agreement during the eleventh year and with that Holmes is entitled to half of Tom’s fortune. Kipp finds the idea of embracing scientology and staying married to Tom more lucrative and financially beneficial than divorcing him.
Beyoncé and Jay-Z
Even though the two most talked-about celebrity pop stars had been dating for seven years before their wedding, Beyoncé and Jay-Z agreed on a basic prenup for their marriage. The agreement states that Beyoncé, who is reported to be worth around $100 million, will get $25 million if they stay married for 15 years as well as an additional $5 million for every child she bears for Jay-Z to compensate for the loss of her income during the pregnancy and child-rearing years. Also, she will get access to their private jet and a fleet of cars, including a million dollar Rolls Royce convertible.
Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban
Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have been married for six years now. Nicole never planned on writing a prenup for her marriage, but on insistence from her financial advisors, they settled on the agreement that Keith will receive almost $700,000 a year while they remained married. But if he ever gets caught taking illegal drugs or smoking he gets nothing.
Justin Timberlake and Jessica Beil
Husband- and wife-to-be, Justin Timberlake and Jessica Beil’s much talked about prenup is the second biggest thing after their engagement. Reportedly, Jessica wants a fidelity clause giving her half a million dollars if he strays during the marriage. Justine wants a cash settlement with no fidelity or alimony costs. Nice move Justine!

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie inked a prenup agreement before their daughter Shiloh was born. The prenup states that Angelina would retain custody of all the kids. Rumor has it that they have made a new agreement.
Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones
Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones had a fidelity clause—on top of the $2.8 million Zeta-Jones receives for each year of marriage, she would also get a $5 million bonus if Douglas were ever caught cheating. Zeta-Jones has said she thinks prenups are "brilliant."
Kloé Kardashian and Lamar Odom
So what does Khloé get from Lamar? Half a million dollars + $5,000 a month in support + the house + a new car + $5,000 a month for shopping + $1,000 for beauty care + seasoned courtside Lakers tickets for her whole family and monthly support from Lamar Odom in the event of divorce.

Jessica Simpson and Tony Romo
When Jessica Simpson and Tony Romo got engaged, Romo was suggested by his aides to include a "porker clause" in their prenup, which would theoretically state that if she weighed more than 135 pounds during the marriage, she would have to pay Romo half a million dollars… so he can get fat and the money.

Russell Crowe and Danielle Spencer Back in 2003 when Russell Crowe married Danielle Spencer, it was reported that she would get $15 million if the couple stay married for at least 3 years. The prenup also allegedly states that they have an agreement for creating a $3 million trust for each of their children.
Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen
Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen’s prenup helped keep their marriage on track – before their messy divorce that is. Denise was guaranteed a $4 million bonus if the former womaniser ever cheated on her.
