Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, listed as the 22nd richest man in the world by Forbes Magazine in 2009, is a business mogul and investor in Saudi Arabia. The magazine estimates that his wealth has reduced considerably in the last year because of the financial crisis, and currently stands at $13.3 billion. The nephew of the Saudi king, he owns an Airbus A380, and according to Forbes, his jewelry collection is valued at $730 million.

Bin Talal, who has investments around the world, visited Costa Rica in 2007, where he announced that he will be investing in six hotels in the country. He made the announcement at a press conference with the Costa Rican president…
