When the media accused British supermodel Kate Moss of being a cocaine addict in 2005, Williams said that the allegations were unwarranted. “She’s done nothing wrong. What she does in her private life should be her private life,” Williams said at the time. “She is an absolute icon, she’s beautiful. Every time I have met her she has been really lovely to me.”
Called a “waif” model because of her thin structure, Moss has created her fair share of controversy over the years, not least for her motto, “nothing tastes as good as skinny feels”. After her meteoric rise to fame in the modeling world, through campaigns for Calvin Klein and others, Moss had many of her lucrative contracts pulled following the drug abuse scandal.
Since then, she has managed to make a comeback, and has even launched her own fashion line.
