High-tech and Silicon Valley companies are renowned for being great employers. Chief among the (many) perks of working with Google? If you’re an engineer, 20 percent of your time is yours to work on whatever project you like. It’s a great way for the company to stay innovative. Oh, and employees get three free meals. Google is considering increasing their presence in the MENA region and Kipp is wondering just how cool their office will be, given just how awesome their offices are known to be (employees can bring their dogs to work for crying out loud!). Take for example take the Google Zurich office. After interviewing all 350 of the branch’s employees, they created an office that best reflects their employees. If the hanging cabins aren’t enough of a giveaway, the featured picture of their office, is undoubtedly inspired by The Alps. Kipp loves the playfulness of it all and thinks very highly of their effort to create a place that the employees wanted to work in.
