Who can say their childhood did not include the very happy memories of sticking these colour building blocks on top of each other to form cities and metropolises. Sitting at our rather square desk at our rather square head office, Kipp can’t help but wonder what life would be like if our adult professional life too held memories of building these exceptional cities. When they were looking out for a candidate for their role of a model builder, they screened applicants by giving them 2,000 pieces of legos and 45 minutes to impress a panel of judges.
