Kipp realised that all of our talk of exceptional companies has listed barely any in the UAE—so for our local pick of the best company to work at in the UAE, we choose, drum rolls please: Emirates. Why? Because not only is Emirates a pretty stable company that has been enjoying exceptional growth, it also offers its staff some exceptional perks—including free air tickets for the employee and their family, free accommodation (Kipp will jealousy concede having been to a few of these nifty apartments they’re pretty neat) and if you are part of their 11,000 strong fleet of cabin crew, significant discounts at a considerable number of restaurants, clubs and shops in the UAE.
