Born in 1987, Sheikh Majid is the fifth son of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and the Ruler of Dubai. He has distinguished himself by his involvement in the local arts and culture scene, especially as he operates in the office of the Chairman of the Dubai Culture & Arts Authority, a body which aims to improve and increase Dubai’s standing in the international arts scene.
