Late last year, the Bollywood star “paid a visit to Kolkata’s most famous resident, former Indian captain Sourav Ganguly,” according to OneIndia.com, a celebrity website. Part of a series of high profile stunts to promote his movie “3 Idiots,” Khan staged a rather impromptu arrival at the home of the famed cricketer.
“Aamir had tried to gain entry to Sourav’s Behala residence in the morning, disguised as a fan but the security failing to recognize him did not let him in,” OneIndia said.
So, the undaunted Aamir, returned later in the evening as “himself,” the report added, much to the surprise of the Ganguly family, apparently.
