The platinum-selling Canadian-pop sensation Justin Bieber is coming to Dubai—he tweeted about his maiden UAE tour for May 4, 2013 on Twitter three days ago. He is one of the world’s biggest celebrities since he was first discovered by an American talent manager, Scooter Braun, who clicked on one of Bieber’s home videos by accident- and the rest is history. Justin became the first artist to have seven singles from a debut album on the Billboard Hot 100. It was reported that around 10,000 tickets have been pre-booked for the “Believe” World Tour Live in Dubai, which will be held at 7he Sevens on May 4, 2013. Tickets will go on sale to the public at 9am on Sunday, September 23.
