Kipp needs to take a deep breath after the adjectives we used to describe Tharoor, but the fact of the matter is Tharoor is a rather impressive man (to us). Sweeping aside his politics and his sometimes imprudent comments, Tharoor’s fluid and powerful mastery of language makes him a pleasure to listen to.
