Top 3 ways to stay focused at work during Ramadan
Make a list of tasks in the order of priority

Fasting is a difficult task – one that is not made easier by continuing your daily responsibilities at the office.
Although it may feel like the only thing you want to do is return home, we have compiled a list of tips to help you stay focused while working.
Make a list: The energy level of a person who is fasting declines rapidly throughout the day, so it’s important to make a list of tasks you need to accomplish in the order of priority. In this way, you will be able to complete the most pressing tasks when you still have the energy for it and then go a little slower, without jeopardizing your work
Use a timer: This is a useful method that will help you stay focused. If you are completing a task, set a timer, giving yourself enough time to complete a task. Set another timer 15 minutes before, so that if you are losing focus, the alarm sound will bring you back to the real world
Relocate your workspace: You may be sitting next to distracting friends and co-workers who may not be fasting or possibly just feeling restless in their seats. Unless you are using a desktop (in which case, we’ve got nothing for you), move your workstation to find a more suitable location
While Kippreport loves making such lists for you, in this case, the best possible advice we could give is – iftar is only a few hours away.
