Virtual office: you’re ready but your boss isn’t
The technology that enables us shatter the archaic office structure exists. But old thinking dies hard, and that's what's holding things back, says Precious de Leon.

In addition, for the employees-turned-contractors, they are able to handle as much or as little work they want, they are able to work on several other projects—and of course, they are their own boss.
